Isaiah 43:18-19(a) New International Version (NIV)
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!”
Listen, stop holding onto the past and embrace what’s to come. You’re still expecting God to come through your way or a way that He came through for you in the past. You’re expecting to find love the same way that you found it or thought you’d found it in the past. You’re going through life expecting the same old same old, but God is saying… Nope, I’m doing a new thing in your life.
Ephesians 3:20 says, in the New King James Version
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.”
In order to experience this new thing that God wants to do in your life, you must change your old way of thinking. The Bible tells us, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.” – Romans 12:2 (NIV) God is not bound by our abilities and He definitely has more than one way of doing things. We can’t even fathom His power or understanding. Just know, He will always come through for you. He cares about every aspect of your life, so His guidance. Even when it looks like there’s no way, believe that He is a way maker. He not only performed miracles in the Bible days, but He performs them daily. Expect Him to exceed your expectations in a new way, today and everyday. He is faithful to perform. ❤️
